As a 3D printing business operating in India, we take shipping and delivery very seriously. Our shipping policies are designed to ensure that our clients receive their 3D prints in a timely and secure manner. The following outlines our shipping policies for all India:

Shipping Methods: We offer a range of shipping methods within India, including standard ground, expedited, and express shipping. The shipping method and cost will depend on the size and weight of the package, as well as the client's location.
Shipping Time: We will make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. For standard ground shipping, clients can expect to receive their orders within 5-7 business days. For expedited shipping, clients can expect to receive their orders within 2-3 business days. Express shipping is available for urgent orders and can be delivered within 24-48 hours.
Shipping Cost: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the size, weight, and shipping destination of the package. Clients will be notified of the shipping cost before placing their order.
Packaging: We use high-quality packaging materials to ensure that our 3D prints are delivered in excellent condition. Each print will be carefully packaged in a protective material to prevent damage during shipping.
Tracking: We provide tracking information for all orders. Clients can track their package through our website or by contacting us directly.
Delivery: We use reputable shipping providers to ensure that our packages are delivered on time and in good condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues that may occur during shipping.
Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship certain materials, such as hazardous or flammable materials. We will notify clients if their order contains materials that are restricted for shipping.

Brief:

We ship the products all over India.
We ship through reputed courier companies including Blue dart, Fedex, Delhivery, Ecom Express, India Post, Xpress Bees and others to ensure safe and fast delivery.
Delivery can take 2-5 working days for metro cities and 4-7 working days for rest of the India.
If Product is in stock, we dispatch the product within 48 hours of your order otherwise we will inform you by mail about availability of the product within 2-3 days.
In case if we are unable to deliver the product through courier then we deliver it through India Post.
Any delay caused by courier company or India post is not our responsibility.
If product is defective, damaged or broken, contact us within 4 Days of delivery otherwise no return or refund claims will be entertained.
If Product is not working, contact us with the testing proof of the product received from us, without testing proof no return or refund claims will be entertained.
Shipping charges are extra that depends on weight and quantity of product and comes automatically when you purchase a product.
If reverse pickup has been arranged for defective/damaged products, after receiving the products back refund/replacement can be initiated.
For reverse Pickup, Shipping Label of courier will be sent to customer email id and Label should be pasted on the box with original packing.
Returns and warranty, if any, have been mentioned with particular products in product information page.
We accept returns in case of wrong product delivery with original packing within 2 days.
Once order is confirmed, no cancellation will be entertained.
If order is prepaid and customer did not accept, receive or collect the courier or return the courier then shipping charges and return charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount and rest will be refunded back after evaluating the issue.
If order is failed and money gets deducted from your account, then your paid amount will be automatically refunded back to your card or account whichever is applicable.
